Another tip is, when you are sitting down for so long, try not to cross your legs, this can cause you to inadvertently cut off blood flow to the lower parts of you legs.

These flights can take a strain on anyone, they can even cause stress, tiredness and extreme boredom. Sleep is another option that can work very well, naturally when you sleep the whole body goes into a state of relaxation, you just need to make sure you are in a comfortable position. Sleeping not only helps physically but also mentally.
